Addressing our mental health can, at times, be a massive challenge, and often a very private and very personal one.
For that reason, people struggling with their mental health often feel alone, isolated and that they have nobody they can speak with who would understand what they’re going through.
This page provides insight into the lives of some of our PHC colleagues who have courageously volunteered to share their stories to show that challenges to our mental health are more common than we think, and that even the most daunting challenges can be overcome.
